Philip Thomas piano

Michael Pisaro's pi (1-2594), composed in 1998, is a collection of pieces for one piano, each setting a certain number of decimal places of the constant pi (π, or Archimedes constant). Each day a piece or pieces will be chosen for performance using chance methods, resulting in a performance which will last anywhere between five minutes and one hour.
