Following the fantastic success of Michael Finnissy's song cycle Whitman at the Festival in 2006, HCMF would like to offer its friends and supporters another wonderful opportunity to be an important partner in the creation of a substantial new work by one of Huddersfield's favourite and most established composers. comme ses paroles will be Christopher Fox's largest through-composed work to date, at 70-minutes in length.
Whether you choose to support 15 seconds of music for £25, or 2 minutes for £200, you can be part of this exciting commission. Your name will be credited in the original score and you will receive an invite to a special drinks reception during the 2008 Festival to meet the composer.
